Pharsalia hosted its first Farm-to-Table dinner in 2014 as a part of its 200 year celebration. The dinner was so popular and successful that Pharsalia has decided to host two more this year! Find information and tickets for this years dinners here.
2014's dinner was held on the 9th of August. Though the day started with rain showers, and we were prepared with a rain plan, the sky cleared for the evening event.
Cocktails were hosted on the front lawn, and were followed by a seated dinner underneath a beautiful sailcloth tent. Pharsalia's own farm tables, antique china, and fresh flowers were featured.
Dinner was prepared by Dean Maupin of C&O Restaurant, and featured produce grown at Pharsalia, and locally cultivated meats.
