An Evening with Joel Salatin at Pharsalia

From Polyface Farm in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, Joel is one of the country's most famous advocates of sustainable agriculture and will be spreading his outspoken gospel.   

His topics will be Farming, Philosophy, Retail Business, Healthy Eating, Enjoying life and The Sheer Ecstasy of Being a Lunatic Farmer!    Dinner will be provided by Full Circle Catering  (A Certified Green Caterer)
