Rich in history, Pharsalia was built as a working plantation in 1814 as a wedding gift for the owners great-great-grandfather.

Any venue chosen offers a splendid landscape for capturing long-lasting memories. Dressing rooms and parlors are provided for the wedding party to prepare. A large catering kitchen is available to use as well as a walk-in cooler. Flowers from the beautiful cutting gardens are for sale seasonally and can be provided for your wedding and reception. Bridesmaids may create their own bouquets if desired.
