The key to any good flower arrangement is to first learn the rules and techniques of arranging. Once you have a foundation of the basics, you can then put those into practice using any container or vase to create something beautiful for your home or to give.
This is a class for a novice arranger taught by an expert teacher and arranger, Meg Laughon. In this hands-on workshop, a plethora of spring flowers and greenery will be provided as well as a vase and mechanics for you to create your arrangement.
Meg, with her many years of experience, helps guide you in what to think about and a recipe to lead you in the steps of creating an arrangement with that “special touch!” Using natural, foam free designs and our cut flowers and foraged material, she will share her advice and many tips to give you the confidence and passion to arrange.
Come prepared to have fun and leave with something special that you’ve created.
Please bring clippers and a box to transport your arrangement home. The vase and mechanics will be provided in this workshop which is rain or shine.
Fee for the workshop is $175.00 and a delicious catered lunch is included however if you have food allergies or dietary considerations, Foxie is asking that you bring your lunch with you.
