During this hands-on Container Gardening Workshop, you will design and plant a container garden to take home with you. Leslie will share her knowledge and expertise to guide you in designing an eye-catching mixed container garden. You will learn that by using a combination of annual and perennial plants, you can ad multi-seasonal appeal to your porch or patio. Do you want your container to be at home in the shade or the sun? You will learn how to combine plants based on color, texture and individual plant requirements. Also, the importance of using appropriate soil mixes and fertilizers for long lasting containers.
Registration per person includes instruction, one 15 inch container made from lightweight and durable high density resin, up to 7 four inch plants and a six inch plant plus soil. Please bring gardening gloves, a trowel and a pair of clippers.
The fee for the workshop is $125.00 and Pharsalia will provide snacks and a drink. This workshop is rain or shine.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be given 7 days or fewer from the day of the event.
