Healthy cooking can start from purchases made locally at the farmers market or from goods harvested from your own garden. Though many of us do not grow our own vegetables, almost anyone can grow some of the very basic culinary herbs. Using herbs is a wonderful way to deliciously augment any healthy cooking. Discover the joy of growing, harvesting and using herbs fresh and dried in the kitchen. We will review some of the must-have herbs and give ideas as to how to use them to easily enhance your food. Recipes using herbs will be provided.
