Bev Lacey of Blue Heron Farm will be our speaker/teacher on planting, growing and harvesting dahlias as well as storing the tubers in the late fall. Bev is a flower farmer who plants over 1,500 dahlia tuberous roots each spring for her flower business.
Come and learn the tricks of the trade as she goes through the steps in detail of how to be a successful grower. Specially chosen dahlia tuberous roots will be for sale that day as well as cut peony flowers, herbs and perennials.
Please join us for a day in the country and enjoy a wonderful catered lunch.
Fee for the workshop and lunch is $90.00.
